Special offer: annual renewals and first time joiners receive a complimentary mangrove kayak your at Eastern mangrove (1.5hr tour)

Cost: Dhs680 for 8 sessions or Dhs750 monthly pass unlimited sessions

Duration: 60 minutes of quality swim fit

What to bring: swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, water bottle with water for hydration, sun screen, towel, slippers, extra clothes for after the pool session and ATTITUDE to swim (be happy, we're here to swim you to fitness!)

MORNING SESSIONS

Monday/Saturday 6am-7am

EVENING SESSIONS

Sundays/Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
