PADI IDC Staff Instructor

IDC Staff instructor is the first true step to Masters Instructor (MI) and Course Director (CD) and prepares candidates to take on more demanding roles supporting and conducting the training of PADI Professionals.  This course really requires that you be at the "top of your game" academically, practically and professionally.  Acting as a role model for future role models you will personally take on the training of AIs and assist CD's to train OWSIs, MSDTs and new IDC Staff Instructors.  This course will really challenge every PADI professional and once again standards as with all Al Mahara professional development training is uncompromising and especially so for this professional qualification.

Here at Al Mahara we schedule IDC Staff instructor Courses to coincide with IDCs as part of the course requires that IDC Staff Candidates audit a full IDC to ensure that they understand every aspect of the training and development. It also allows  IDC Staff Candidates to gain the experience necessary to properly and fairly evaluate the performance of IDC candidates throughout their training.
